This commercial cum residential building was constructed on 3400 Sq.ft plot abutting mudichur road.
The structure comprises Ground, first and part second floor.
Ground and part of the first floor is exclusive for Commercial space. The total built up area was about 5200 Sq.ft. Construction began in 2009 and was completed in 2010.
A commercial building on a 3500 Sq.ft of land abutting busy Mudichur Road.
The structure comprises Stilt floor which was exclusive for parking and two upper floors each around 2000 Sq.ft floor plate.
The total built up area of the building was around 6000 Sq.ft. Construction began in April 2015 and completed in Feb 2016.
This commercial building on 6000 Sq.ft plot abutting Tambaram velachery road was partly constructed when we were called on board.
We carried out the costruction as per the client requirement and completed thestructure in all respect and it was handed over and put in to use in 2016
It is an state of art, Indoor badminton Academy built across 25,000 sq.ft plinth area. Along with the Badminton courts, the building houses administration office and amenties.
It is a Commercial Building of 4300 Sq.ft super built up area with column free frontage.
